Funny graphical display errors after save game / load game / long conversations / peek at Desktop

Hi,
Encountered behavior: found some funny artifacts. They appear randomly after save game / load game / long conversations / leaving the game to Desktop and come back again. Sometimes the Cursor icon changes too, if I return to Desktop the Cursor icon is large and blurry.
Expected behavior: no such graphical artifacts
