Romance requirements

I know that Dorn will romance anything ambulatory, Neera only males (but of any alignment?), and Rasaad only good-aligned females. But are there any additional restrictions -- namely, race and/or class restrictions -- for Neera and Rasaad? Will Neera fall for a dour dwarf defender, Rasaad a hairy half-orc?

    There are no race/class restrictions for any of these three romances.

    A quick follow up question: does equipping Rasaad with the 'cursed' Belt of Hill Giant Strength (thereby reducing his INT to 6) interfere with the Rasaad romance?

    I don't see why it should.
    It is well known, that love will not make you smarter. Quite on the contrary...
