Wraithform scroll and Monks

Current behaviour: Wraithform scroll can be used by Monks.

Expected: It shouldn' t.

    Also?? In version 2012 they can use Throwing Axes +1 too!! They have a bug ability called "Use Some Items", that's why!!

    That's been discussed before, @CrevsDaak. It wasn't just the Beruel's Retort: Throwing Axe +1, it also applied to one or two other types of Axe. I'm not sure whether or not this has been fixed in versions 2013 or 2014, I haven't checked recently.
