How come powerful wizards like Elminister and Gorion dont get spells name after them?

@Mordeus: except that it's pretty tough to get to mage level 20 in SoA unless playing solo. Maybe lower the level limit to lvl 14?

You can attempt spell creation at any level....it's just expensive and time consuming (literally months, even for level 1 spells, though if it's a variation of a spell you already know, it only takes half as long (like making a "fireball" except explodes in a big splash of acid instead of fire)), so most people don't have the resources to do so until around 8-10. True Dweomers are 10th level spells, like Dragon's Breath and stuff.
