It seems that my journal / quest log at times packs up and stops working. I have the latest patch installed.

Is the journal / questlog malfunctioning a known issue in the game?

    A lot of the remaining journal issues and problems are being worked on by @Cerevant for the next patch

    Ok thanks ajwz, so I am not the only one experiencing missing quests then :)
