Fix for Steam Overlay corrupting the GUI?

The Steam Overlay and any and all components related to it (Like Toast notifications) corrupt the GUI until the affected parts of the GUI are interacted with. Is there any way to fix this that doesn't involve not using the Steam overlay?

Edit: v1.2 seems to have resolved this.
