I can't download files needed to fix bugs

I am trying to download a bug fix but it is not letting me download the file.

The bug in quest is the laurel quest bug, where she will not talk to me and give me the quest to murder some things near the gnoll stronghold

When I see the file that I need to put in the override, all I see is a jpeg.

I am using a windows 7 OS, please help fix the problem or post the file in a different location, either or

To download, left-click on the file while you are logged in.

@Jalily I got the file, I guess you have to be logged in and the site won't let you get the file while not on a profile. thanks for the help

Where is the override? I bought the BBEE from steam and not beamdog.
