Neera's ''accidents happen'' journal entry doesnt show in the journal

Current Behavior:

In the area just north of Nashkel (if I rest) or the area I go to after (if I don't rest) is where I get my first banter with Neera after she joins. She does the normal thing and explains why she left High Forest but when its over I get the message saying ''journal updated: accidents happens'' but when I check the journal there is only the text from me leaving Candlekeep and the text from starting chapter 2 if I enter Neshkal. I read something that sometimes you got to leave the area for the update to show and I tried that but still nothing shows.

Expected Behavior:

For the ''accidents happen'' text to show in the journal.

    The update appears in the Journal section, not the Quests section.

    I looked in the journal section and the only thing there is the comment about how you realise that Gorions murder wasnt a horrible dream and how you cant return to candle keep. Which happened way before I meet Neera and nothing new is shown there.
