Game Intro

So a couple days ago I noticed that the intro no longer has that quote up at the top. The rest of the movie plays fine, but I just don't see that quote anymore. Also, sometimes when I walk in through a door, the whole screen will go black and not transition to the interior. I can still hear the noise, and access my inventory and menus, but I can't see the game...unless I hit the key that takes away the HUD. I can then hit it to bring it back and it's fine. I was wondering if anything like this has happened to anyone else...
