Edit: where are my formalities these days. Added introduction since this is a welcome section
Hello everybody, i am new to this forum and fairly new to the baludar gate series in general.I've done alot of research on these types of games cause i really wish to enjoyed them. However there are some question that i have that does better when asked and answered.
Two part question
Frist, how likely is this game save able to import into Baldurs Gate 2. (I'm buying it on steam most likely, btw) Cause i want to do one huge first play though with a single character?
(1.5? this is probably a no, so ignore this if you think this question is just silly. Is there anyway for the ipad version save to crossover with the pc version of Baldurs Gate 2? If so, how?)
Is there alot of mods now to guarantee replays, hopefully as much as the original pc verision? because I purposely waited for some mods to gather up on this great re release
I apologize the fact that i could probably easily search this up, but i rather have a more direct answer to these two question.

There's a number of mods in the modding section of the forum; almost everything there is BG:EE compatible. You could also check over at Spellhold Studios or Gibberlings3 to see where the progress is on updating the old mods.
As for importing to BG2, for the most part you shouldn't have any issues. Some things won't transfer--any of the new kits, for example, or new spells if you're a wizard or sorcerer--but the file formats haven't changed.
