If you are planning on picking up Keldorn, yes, it might be better to run as a Cav. or Undead Hunter. While the Inquisitor's double level dispel is pretty awesome, there's little reason to have two. The Cav. and Hunter however have an additional bevy of immunities that can be handy.
Making yourself an inquisitor is not worth it if you already have Keldorn. Keldorn gets the double level dispel and the rest of the inquisitor perks as well as his own equipment.
"Not worth it" is very subjective. There are a plethora of factors involved, like personal preference, personal skill, personal setup and mods... you see the common factor there? >_>
Inquisitors aren't exactly redundant the way, say, thieves would be (you only need one to disarm a trap or pop a lock). There is always a need for dispels and True Sight, and heck you can even use Carsomyr *and* Purifier!
Of course, that's just one possibility. Party balance is very difficult to objectively analyze given the vastly different games people play. Suffice it to say, then, that yes Keldorn is a fully-fledged Inquisitor with all the perks and polishes you could expect from one.
