[Solved] Pickpocketing disabled

Hi people,

I have installed the song and silence mod and am now playing the gypsy (a bard kit). I am currently trying to pickpocket some guy, but the theiving button is grayed out and won't let me pick the poor sod. Is this normal for bard kits (say, they can only pickpocket once they are level 5 or when it's not at noon) or is their something wrong with the kit?

If so, is it possible to change the kit-files to make my Character use his (only) thieving skill?

EDIT:
Well now I feel just stupid. Everything worked more than fine, since I couldn't pickpocket because of the armor I was wearing. Ahh, the shame.
