Voice scripts.

I know some people record custom voice scripts for their characters, but that seems too tedious for me.

However, I don't like the male scripts in BG 2 very much, and it's kinda odd that the same charname now has a different voice/personality.

So... I just wondered, is it possible to transfer the BG EE voice I used into BG 2? And how technically difficult is it to do?

It's not a major issue for me, but if it can be fixed easily...

    Getting custom voice in BG2 is much easier than getting in BG:EE where it is afaik still quite tedious to get to work correctly. I don't exactly know where EE stores the voice files, though, or whether they are in plain audio format or need to be extracted with an editor such as NearInfinity...

    Once you have them, though, the actual BG2 manual (yeah!) tells you how to get them to work there. It's very easy.
