Is Pathfinder part of the DnD liscence if used in a computer game ruleset?

Overhaul should do a turn based pathfinder MMO lol ;D

    Why MMO a single player game would be fine. Who has still time to play an an MMO ?

    Pathfinder is based on the D20 Ruleset, which is open source.

    Pathfinder itself is a trademark from Paizo Publishing so it's not something that could just be adapted without interference from another company.

    Also, I'm curious as to how a Turn Based MMO would work.

    Millions of people? But anyway, yeah single player would probably be better.
