Infinity spell maker error

Hello, i have been trying to create new spells for baldur's gate, and then i ran into this problem
"There has been an error in the program. The specific information for this error is as follows:
File already exists at dialog_write.13."
I have checked everywhere, but there's no file by the same name.
Any ideas?
