What is the highest level each class can reach before being capped?

Strictly referring to BG:EE.

I know paladins and rangers are capped at level 8.

Are fighters/barbarians able to reach at least level 9?

What is the highest level the other classes can reach?

Its a related topic. Instead of "What's the highest level Class X can reach?" its "How high can I level up my first class and still dual class and get my original class' features back?" Quite handy for not only PCs but NPCs like Imoen that players like to dual class.
