Is the mod good? And if it is, I heard it has three epilogues, so can you tell me how should I go about to get the best ending?

And if anyone knows the three epilogues please post them, I don't give a shit about spoilers (infact I play games depending on the story and ending). I HATE TRAGEDIES.
