Bring TWF closer in line with it's PnP rules.

Reduce it to 2 ranks, to bring it in line with other styles. (0=-4/-6, 1=-2/-4, 2=0/-2)

- Single and 2 handed weapon styles have been greatly buffed from their PnP incarnations, while TWF remains the same. There is no reason why it should be relegated to needing 3 proficiencies, while the other 2 combat styles are not only buffed, but grant their largest benefit at the first point, while TWF grants equal benefit per point spent.

Allow all warriors (except rangers) and all rogues (except swashy/blade) to put up to ** in it.

- Rogues are supposed to be just as good at dual-wielding as warriors (but can only be proficient in other styles, where as warriors can specialize in any styles)

Blades/Swashy get ** TWF at creation.

- PnP Blades do indeed get the equivalent of specialized TWF at creation. Swashy's don't in any way resemble their PnP incarnation, but are thematically close to blades as implemented, and should be given the same benefit.

Rangers cannot put points in TWF at all, but gain a built-in +4/+6 hit bonus when dual-wielding. (Possibly excluding archers).

- PnP rangers never suffer a penalty from dual-wielding. (except the Archer kit)

Remove TWF from clerics and druids entirely.

- They're only supposed to have access to 2 handed, single weapon, and S/S styles. And only S/S style can be specialized. And unless they're dual or multiclassed, they usually don't take it anyway.

Technically unless a character has **, they shouldn't be able to wield two same size 1hded weapons (except daggers), but since any character that intends to dual-wield will take both points ASAP anyway, I just don't see it worth the time implementing. (It's do-able, but requires a fair amount of work, for so little point). Especially given how rapidly one gains levels in BG...in a PnP game, sure, it might be worth the time since characters would be gaining illegal benefit for a lot longer...but in BG...it's a flash before even a rogue can spend the points in it.
