Unable to override certain NPC portraits

I've successfully overridden nearly half of the NPC portraits, but I've been unable to override Branwen, Shar-Teel, or Montaron. I've placed pictures in both the custom portrait folder (which has so far worked for me on all other pictures I've tried) and the override folder, they are .bmp files, and I've tried both the NPC's full name (i.e.: "MontaronL") and shortening to only 8 letters ("MontaroL"), but I can't seem to get those 3 to work.

Any ideas?

Also, should Shar-Teel's portrait name have the "-" in it?

I think anything with eight or more figures in the lettering won't work.You have to keep the names short and that includes the L and the s at the end of the name.
