Give Neera a familiar in BG2

Was just thinking about how weird it was that the protagonist was the only one who could have a familiar and it seems like the kind of thing Neera would enjoy having, considering she has a propensity towards being abandoned due to her powers.

Also, it wouldn't mess up any contracts due to Neera being a new companion. I know it's a bit of a random request, but it would be a nice acknowledgement that familiars are not unique to the player! :)

It wouldn't have to necessarily be a party member either, it could just be like Boo and stay in Neera's inventory (explained by it being scared of Wild Surges)

    All mages should be allowed to have a familiar. I don't see how it affects anything from a balance perspective. They can contribute to the maximum of 5 summons limit if need be. I don't see how any familiar is more powerful than a Skeleton Warrior.
