Screen moves while kicking party members

Not sure if this has been posted anywhere - the search function sucks as you all know.

Behaviour: everytime I go in to the "reform party" screen, the screen starts scrolling down to the bottom right corner of the map.

Expected behavior: The screen stays where it was.
