I've never looked them up, so it's probably pseudo-Latin or something, but what do you think? If you had to spell them out what would they look like?

Woksha!..

Henis, Titus..
. Priss aleas ferun...
Incurtos, purka, imperium...
Vita, Mortis, kallea!
Insertus, puncture, imperium!
