Unselectable party

Hi all,
Been hit with a strange bug right after killing the 2 greater basilisks under candlekeep. I have my whole party selected & can move/attack as normal, but I am unable to select individual party members through either clicking on them or their portraits. This also seems to have caused a pathing issue as when I click to attack an enemy, some or all of my party members start running all over the place & I notice my click to move icon for those characters will be in a totally random place miles away from where my cursor was.
This is kinda gamebreaking for me now as I didnt notice right away and have overwritten my save :S So any help would be appreciated!
