Changing resolution.

I know there are several threads like this, but i havn't been able to get a clear answer how to fix this problem. As it is now my windows res is full HD(1920x1080) but BG:EE won't scale properly ingame. It's basically somewhere between 800x600 and 1024x768. I tried to change my res in windows to 1280x720 which did zoom out the screen, however it also was a bit to blurry for my taste. Is there no way to play this game in 1920x1080? Or am i stuck with 1024x768 windowmode?

Is it possible to force a new res through the BG:EE.cfg file.

I'm not sure what you're asking, but I think you're problem is that you want the game to play in full, non-scaled, 1920 x 1080p. In order to do this you need to disable scaling. Go into Baldur.ini, and where you find,

'Graphics', 'Hardware Mouse Cursor', '1',

you should add,

'Graphics', 'Scale UI', '0',

beneath it. This will disable scaling. If you just want to change the resolution for the window, then up above it there should be something like,

'Window', 'w', '1024',
'Window', 'h', '770',

So all you have to do is change those numbers to the resolution that you want.
