in Original BG2 Bugs
1) I remember people saying that the haste effect of Blackrazor overrides other haste effects like improved haste or whirlwind.
2) Blackrazor also seems to have a chance of destroying loot.

    I tested it again for BG2EE and your 1) is still in effect which means Blackrazor on an improved hasted character is actually a bad choice (unless you have only 1 attack).
