Need leveling advice

So i made the mistake of dualclassing imoen when she's the only thief in my party. Woops. my question is are there any areas i should for lack of a better term, farm, in order to unlock her thief abilities again? i'm in chaper 4 and she's currently a 6 thief/ 3 mage

Basilisks, Ankhegs, Flesh Golem cave. You can rack up 100k in those three alone.

Flesh golem cave no longer (as of BGEE at least) spawns flesh golems if I'm not mistaken. Now I think its Carrion Crawlers. Depends on what version (bg1 vs bgee) you are playing though.

Ankheg is a pretty easy farm. You can just cast sleep on them and that renders them inert most of the time.

There are still flesh golems in the cave. But if you rest (and creatures attack you because you rest) they should be carrion crawlers. At least from my understanding anyways.

If you've not killed them already, the Sirines & Flesh golem cave are great. One potion of clarity followed by a potion of grounding on a melee frontliner is all it really takes to turn them into extra chunky XP.

If you get bored doing that early in the game play through until cloak wood and go to the wyvern cave. Rest inside and 1 greater wyvern will appear. By themselves they're not too bad and you can max your levels pretty quick.

Also, the floor will be covered in wyvern heads. Take all you can carry back to bersgost. Fill one persons inventory with them and sell them all at once (500gp each). Then the market is flooded and the price drops to 200, but save one head for the temple (2,000 I think). So you can farm xp and gold at the same time. It's like killing two birds with one stone (or 100 wyverns with 50 stones, something like that).

In terms of early money, camping on the Nashkel Mine Map (the outside area not in the mine) can spawn in Winter Wolves. Decent XP and the pelts sell to the merchant in Nashkel with no price drop. Its a good way to get some gold early.
