Install problems with BG:EE on Vista32

Hi guys i kinda cant figure it out how to install, i dled the installer but when i try to run it, it just wrotes me back that program BG:EE installer isnt responding and this goes on (not even as admin cant get it running). Although on another comp with Vista64 it runs smothly ... can anyone help me out please?
