No interactions with Imoen (beginning)

Just fired this up, added a few mods (which could be my problem) ... when I come to Gorion's corpse, Imoen doesn't say anything like she normally does... similiarly, after I killed Tarnseh and looted his body she doesnt ask for his spellbook.

Any ideas?

    The interactions you're talking about aren't in vanilla game, I guess a mod you used to install inserts them. Probably BG1NPC, which will shortly be available for BGEE as well.
