Issues with Sound

Ive just started playing the enhanced edition and run across a problem.

At first my game ran all the sounds, sound effects, voice overs, and music properly, but after accidently hitting shift tab bringing up steam I only have music. I ve tried closing and restarting the program but that doesnt work.

Any ideas?

    Hmmm, I've found it happens from time to time that some components of the sound incorrectly stop under various conditions, but so far I've always found that save-and-reload fixes it. I haven't had a sound problem which persists across a reload.
