weapon proficiency all screwed up

So I installed my mods in order so they wouldn't conflict, in a certain order. But turns out all my weapon proficiency's don't match because I dnld the item revision mod and it changed all my weapons proficiency's back but my weapon pro are different because I am trying out the "large sword, small sword, blunt weapon" option in the tweak pack. I love both mods from what I can tell. How do I fix it without screwing it up even worse.

if I go back in and the tweak pack and reset my proficiencies to normal do I have to reinstall all the mods that are supposed to be installed after the tweak pack?........ does that make sense ?
