before I finish up bodhi's quest and announce to her that I've cleaned out the thieves' guild, do I have to have finished up all the other remaining quests around the city? or will there still be a chance to do them afterwards?

    in the moment you allied yourself with Bodhi, if you didn't made Maer'var quest you will lost this quest anyway. About the other quests on the game, there's no problem in make them before or after chapter 4 and 5, so don't worry.

    Some romances, some few banters, request chapter 3 if i'm not wrong, but besides that, there's no problem at all.
