Mod installation order?

I planning on using the following mods (all found in the 'Mod and modding tutorials quick links' thread) in my next BG:EE run. What should the installation order be? Is the following order good?

(BGEE Fix Pack for v2014 - this will probably be obsolete after the next patch)
Dark Horizons
TeamBG's Armor Pack for BG:EE, BGT & TuTu
TeamBG's Weapon Pack for BG:EE, BGT & TuTu
G3 BG2 Tweaks
SCS
Difficulty and Tweak mod ver 6
A simple exp cap remover
