[Workaround] Forcibly close crashed BG:EE on alt-tab crash

If your BG:EE freezes during alt-tab in fullscreen mode and blocks your screen, try the following steps:
1) WinKey+D (to minimize all windows [yet BG:EE will still block your screen])
2) WinKey (to open up the start menu)
3) enter the following into your search/run window: taskkill /F /IM baldur.exe
These steps will forcibly close BG:EE

    you can also ctrl-alt-del and open the task manager from there and kill the process.

    This didn't work for me because the crashed BG:EE overlayed the task manager.
