Phase II is just hardware testing, so I wouldn't worry so much about gameplay testing just yet.
The thing is that you've got paying customers beta testing the patch, and when you are "gameplay" testing are you expecting us to then go back and check on these things? Why not include the gameplay things as well so we're not forced to re-re-replay sections to check changes but rather let us see how they work AS WE'RE playing.
Again we're paying customers NOT payed testers expecting us to do this is a little presumptuous. I am happy to help and I am, but really this whole process would be smoother and less time consuming if we were able to look for other things we are playing through the campaign.
Not supplying a Change Log is irritating and I see no reason as to why its not being published.
This phase of testing is essential, and we want to make sure it's done correctly, and we also don't want to lose focus. If you see anything worth reporting, by all means report it; I'm just saying that our emphasis at this stage is to make sure the game works on people's systems.
