is there a release date or estimated release date for this yet stoped playing bgee cause of the bugs i guess there bugs any way like kaigan doesn't do anything after i get the caravan that he wanted me to find :P

There's no fixed date, and I doubt there's an estimated one, because no one really knows how long each of the remaining phases will last.

Sorry are you saying that Kagain is leaving your party or that he isn't finding his caravan? You should be able to travel to the crossroads area (area north of beregost and south of friendly arm inn) and that should trigger the dialogue to have Kagain stop looking.

just was reading the forums bout that quest seems that its just ends after he says he is done looking so guees not a glitch its more that its not finished or somthing:P (sorry if this is wrong place to be posting this )

That is an old issue with an uncompleted quest. Guess Kagain was never really finished in the original. There are mods called "Unfinished business" that adds a bit of flavor to the quest.

thank u sed yeh read that on the forums aswell but going to wait for the patch and hope that those mods will work with it

Text is generally easier to read of there are punctuations. Using "." and "," and starting new sentences with a big letter makes reading LOT easier. And it will make people more inclined to read and answer your posts if you use it.

If they plan on having the public beta before releasing the patch, probably at least a month and a half way.
