Work in progress, yada yada, just like my other spell catalogs.

1st level -

Hypnotism -
Target creature stands motionless for 1 round, +1 round per level. Effect ends instantly if damaged. Save vs spells at -2 to negate.

Taunt -

Target creature goes Berserk for 1d4 rounds on a failed save.

2nd Level -

Bind -

20ft range. Creatures less then of 5 HD or less are knocked down for 1 round, no save. Creatures with 6 or more HD get a save. Creatures larger then human sized get a +4 bonus vs the spell.

Forget -

Creatures not normally hostile to the caster can be restored to neutrality on a failed save. Creatures that are always hostile to the caster are unaffected.

Scare -

Causes target creature to panic. No Save. Creatures greater then 6 HD get a save. No affect on undead or planar creatures.

Tasha's Hideous Laughter -

Creatures that fail their save are immediately knocked down for 1 round and suffer a -2 hit/damage penalty for 1 round per level. Saves are modified by intelligence. Mindless creatures or creatures with less then 4 int are immune. 5-7 save at -6. 8-12 saves at -4. 13-14 gets -2, and those 15 or above save with no penalty. Affects 1d4+1 creatures within 30ft.

3rd level -

Suggestion -

Target creature will aide the party for 4 rounds, +1 round per level. Any hostile action by the party towards the target breaks the effect. (does not give direct control). -2 saves if target is humanoid, no penalty if target is otherwise.

4th Level -

Fumble -

If Target creature fails the save vs this spell, they have to save at the beginning of each round or fall down. For the duration of the spell they also have a 50% spell failure penalty and a -2 to all saves. If they make the initial save, they are instead slowed, as per the spell.

5th Level -

Geas -

Target creature joins the party for 1 day per caster level. Only affects humanoids. Creature gets a +4 bonus to resist the effect.

Mass Suggestion -

As per suggestion, but applies to all targets within a 30ft radius.

6th Level -

Binding -

Target extra-planar creature is paralyzed for 1 turn on a failed save. If the caster has twice as many HD as the target, it gets no save.

Blackmantle -
(Enchantment/Necromancy)

Target creature cannot benefit from any form of healing or regeneration for the duration. Lasts for 1 turn on a failed save.

7th Level -

Steal Enchantment -

Destroys a random magical item on target creature on a failed save.

8th level -

Mass Charm -

As per charm person, but has a -2 save penalty and affects all target within 30ft of the caster.

Otto's Irresistible Dance -

On the caster's next melee hit, the target is forced to dance uncontrollably for 5 rounds. Armor is worsen by 4, and the subject suffers a +20 penalty on all saves for the duration. Allows no save.

Sink -
(Enchantment/Alteration)

As per Imprisonment, except it has a 30ft range and allows a saving throw but not magic resistance. Exceptionally large creatures such as Dragons are immune.

9th Level -

Mordekanien's Disjunction -
(Alteration/Enchantment)
As functions similar to dispel magic, except it has a base success chance of 100% and can dispel any protection but can only be cast as a targeted spell. Every magical item on the target has a 50% chance of being destroyed.

Thrall -

Target creature permanently joins the party as an npc (technically as a Familiar or henchmen, but I have no idea how those effects work). -4 save penalty. Exceptionally large creatures such as giants or dragons are unaffected, as are Undead or extra-planar creatures.

I concur, enchantment is badly represented in the game, no powerful spell after chaos? Huh.

@ZanathKariashi If you are going to call it "Mordarkainen's Disjunction", then it should also be "Tasha's Uncontrollable Hideous Laughter".

Maybe Hypnotism could end if damage is taken. Otherwise it's pretty much like a hold person spell, right? Maybe a HD cap or saving throw adjustment depending on HD

As mentioned, this is just a rough list, There's still a lot of details missing. Basically any charm/dom effect aside from Thrall is removed if the caster or those in league make a hostile action against the target.

Hypnosis is technically just a very weak version of the suggestion spell, that only allows a single simple request and only related to the affected creature, such as stand motionless or the like.
