[Request] Mage Book/Priest Scroll Scrolling

I seem to remember that scrolling (mouse wheel) through the pages/levels in the mage book and priest scroll was possible in vanilla or with some mod installed, but I might be wrong.

Anyway, this would be a quite neat feature that hopefully isn't too hard to implement. :)
