Viconia doesn't join team

Hello, I have a bit of an issue; when I help Viconia by killing the Flaming Fist merc and then talk to her she says "thanks but there are probably more coming, perhaps we will meet again" or something and then leaves. Normally I would expect to get the join party prompt. I'm currently soloing with my chaotic evil gnome, if that makes any difference.

    It might have to do with your NPC reaction. What's your charisma and reputation?

    Whether or not she join your party is based on reaction check (same goes for a few other NPCs). Reaction is influenced by reputation and charisma, so if you have low CHA or rep, you may have a hard time recruiting some NPCs. I think the charisma of whoever is doing the talking is checked, so you can try using a high CHA NPC (like Imoen) as a "face" character, in order to improve your odds.

    NPCS all have reactions based on your charisma and reputation. I don't know Viconia's requirements but that'd be a good place to start.

    Dudleyville lists an 8-20 value. Not sure if thats changed at all in EE.

    I have cha 12 and rep 6 (disliked). Does anyone know where she goes to or if it is possible to speak to her again? Stupidly I didn't create a proper save before speaking to her and now i'm in Beregost so kinda screwed otherwise.

    Alternatively if the above is not doable, is there a way to cheat her into the party?

    I think if she doesn't join you there then she's gone permanently, I'm afraid.

    Unless you got any mods that change this, yes she is gone permanently. Some NPC's will wait around for a couple of days (Imoen) but Garrick and Viconia will leave instantly and won't come back.
