Buttons on the left side shift when the journal is opened

When the journal is opened the buttons on the left shift by a few pixels. If you flip back and forth between the attached screen shots you can see the shift.

I also notices that the two side panels are hidden when the world map is opened, but not when any of the other menus are opened.

    Yep, left-hand menu buttons are clearly in different locations between the 1st and 2nd shots.
