[Steam] Scroll bar beads not working.

Greetings, all!
On the Steam version of the game, I can't click and drag the scroll bar beads. For example, for key reassignment on the Mage spell list, I can click the arrows at the top and bottom as normal, but I can't click and hold the scroll bead to quickly scroll the list. Please let me do this for ease of use.
