Hamachi wont work

Hello everyone is there any recommended Program to connect computer with each other except Hamatchi and port forawrding?
I would be very thankful for anything you come up with.

You know maybe how to get gameranger to see BG:EE from steam? Mine doesnt see it.

BGIIEE has MP functionality, you don't need Hamachi or GameRanger. There are some precautions to take, however. read here - http://forum.baldursgate.com/discussion/23729/bgii-ee-multiplayer-notes-please-read#latest

To use the built-in connection client:

1. Start game (SoA or ToB),
2, choose Multiplayer
3. choose Advanced
4. choose Protocol
5. select Beamdog.net
6. this will take you back to the MP Create game screen. Create your game and play
