Where to get actual (beta) patch?

Hello everyone!

I am new in this Forum and I am just wondering if it is possible to download the latest (beta) patch for BGEE somewhere and to install it? I have also a Notebook with an Intel 965 chip provoking strong graphical lag issues.

    Thank you for your very much for your kind answer! What about those who ordered via Steam? I am actually playing on V. 1.0.14 there and in another section of this Forum someone wrote that after applying the beta patch the above mentioned issues for Intel graphic Chips were solved. That is whay I am asking if there is a way to get this patch as steam user, too.

    The Steam version is controlled by Atari, not Beamdog directly. There are more layers of approval, etc, in the way there, so Steam users will not get the next patch until it is officially released (non-beta), and has gone through Atari and Steam's approval and certification process.

    That is, as I understand it, the situation.

    Ok, good to know! Looking forward to the next patch. Is there any release period mentioned for the official patch version?

    It seems Beamdog doesn't want to rush release until the product is ready.
