Technically, not a bug but it's certainly inelegant:
If you talk to Xan and refuse his service before you go to the chest in AR4405, he never gets his Moonblade (SW1H13) and it's just hanging around. It seems unlikely he'd leave it and it's useless to the player at this point, so perhaps he could return and auto-initiate conversation when the player exits to enter AR4404 with the Moonblade in their inventory , to claim it back?
