Pre-Generate Character screen

I've seen this brought up in various threads but don't recall seeing a reply. The Pre-Generate Character button is missing from the Multiplayer window. Please bring it back. Pretty please? Rolling up new characters is just an itch I need to scratch and this was the most efficient way of doing it. You can put it on the left or the right side, lots of room, your choice! I've taken the liberty to do a mock up for you of how it would look, feel free to use it as is. Thanks in advance.
