On importing characters from BG to BG2

So when I am going to transfere my mage from BH 1 to BG 2, will i get to repick my spells so that I can get the new spells like Spell trigger and the like? Or where and how easy are these to find as scrolls?

    There is a scroll vendor in the same district as Irenicus Dungeon (BG2). You might wanna browse his inventory.
