Scrolling bug when game zoomed out

When zoomed out (last 3 levels of zoom) right and down borders doesn't work for in-game scrolling (left and up ok).

    I wasn't able to replicate this. I seemed to be able to scroll fine regardless of the zoom level.

    I tried a new game, and this still happens (so it's not my savegame, maybe my hardware). It was introduced in the beta, since I didn't have this bug before.

    I upload a screenshot of my graphical settings. My cpu is an AMD C-50.
