Click and drag scrolling on dialogue screen

When in dialogue with an NPC I attempted to click the dialogue itself to advance it rather than hit Enter or click the Continue button (not talking about dialogue CHOICES just linear dialogue). Rather than advancing the dialogue it drags the text screen around, if dragged up it continues past the dialogue leaving a blank box. The only way to get the dialogue back is to scroll back with the buttons on the side of the window. The desired effect of clicking on the dialogue should advance it to the next dialogue screen.
