[Bug] Fullscreen scales way too big

When I select "full screen" in the graphics settings everything is way too big for my screen. When I select the scaling tick box it makes a little difference but its still way out of the screen. When it is in windowed version it fits perfectly however. I have attached some pictures of when I have fullscreen checked.

I use a tv as my monitor and run at a resolution of 1824 x 1026. I have a Nvidia Geforce GTX 560 SE. I use windows 7. Dont know if that helps.
