[BUG] Neera's Increase/Decrease in Caster Level Seems to Malfunction

I noticed when Neera casts Magic Missile, her increase/decrease in caster level doesn't correspond with what actually happens. Neera in these screenshots are level 5, so she should have 3 missiles normally. The screenshots are pretty self-explanatory.

When her level increased by 2, she only shot 2 missiles. When her level decreased by 1, she shot 4 missiles. It doesn't even make sense. Not only is the effect wrong, but it went in the opposite direction.
