[Bug] Resting outside walls of Candlekeep

Hi,
When resting outside the walls of Candlekeep the rest is interrupted by a Watcher telling me that "you should not sully our grounds by camping within the keep. Winthrop will gladly give you a room at a very reasonable price".
It's no big deal, but it would nice to get this illogical and slightly annoying bug out of the way. Obviously the Watcher is wrong in two things: I'm not within the keep; I can't get to Winthrop.
